The method comprises the steps of preparation of a composite binder, preparation of a material to be injected, injection molding, degreasing and sintering. According to the forming method, the degreasing rate is high and ranges from 92.5% to 93.4%, the metal part prepared through the forming method is high in strength and good in performance, the tensile strength ranges from 533 MPa to 537 MPa, the yield strength ranges from 474 MPa to 480 MPa, and the ductility ranges from 11.7% to 11.8%. 本发明公开一种粉末冶金注射成型方法,所述方法包括制备复合粘结剂、制备待注射料、注射成型、脱脂、烧结。本发明的成型方法的脱脂率高,脱脂率为92.5-93.4%,本发明的成型方法制备的金属件的强度高,性能好,抗拉强度为533-537MPa,屈服强度为474-480MPa,延伸率为11.7-11.8%。
