Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of sensing devices, and discloses an alkali-doped organic electrochemical transistor, a dissolved oxygen sensing patch and application thereof. The alkali-doped organic electrochemical transistor of the present invention comprises: a substrate; the dissolved oxygen sensitive grid electrode, the source electrode, the drain electrode and the alkali-doped semiconductor layer are located between the source electrode and the drain electrode. The dissolved oxygen sensing patch comprises an alkali-doped organic electrochemical transistor and a flexible water absorption substrate. The PSS: PEDOT semiconductor layer in the organic electrochemical transistor is subjected to alkali doping modification treatment, so that a sub-threshold region just coincides with the potential of oxygen reduction, the advantage of the transconductance effect of the organic electrochemical transistor can be fully played, and the sensitivity of the sensor is greatly improved.
