Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a robust control method and system based on collaborative frequency modulation of a variable-speed wind turbine generator and an electric vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a frequency modulation analysis dynamic model of the variable-speed wind turbine generator and a power dynamic model of an electric vehicle charging and discharging station; establishing a dynamic power balance equation of the power grid based on supply and demand relationships between the variable-speed wind turbine generator, the electric vehicle charging and discharging station and the equivalent synchronous generator and the load; based on the frequency modulation analysis dynamic model of the variable speed wind turbine generator, the power dynamic model of the electric vehicle charging and discharging station and the dynamic power balance equation of the power grid, constructing a dynamic frequency response model of the power grid; through a robust control method, a dynamic frequen
