The invention discloses a cross arm back-to-back lifting clamp which comprises an angle steel fixing part, a ratchet wrench, a rotating shaft and a suspension lead screw. The middle of the angle steel fixing part is arranged to be a clamping opening protruding upwards, and the clamping opening has the size adjusting function. The bayonet is connected with the lug boss of the angle steel; mounting holes are formed in the two ends of the angle steel fixing part, the rotating shafts are mounted in the mounting holes, and the lower ends of the rotating shafts are connected with the suspension lead screws; the lower end of the suspension lead screw is connected with a wire. The upper end of the rotating shaft is connected with the ratchet wrench, and the tightness state of the lead screw is adjusted by adjusting the ratchet wrench.
