The top of the container is hermetically covered with a lower cover part and an upper cover part; a lifting rod extending upwards in the middle of the lower cover component is sleeved with an upper cover gripper for pressing the upper cover component, and a lower cover gripper is arranged at the upper end of the lifting rod in an extending manner; a pressure spring is arranged between the upper cover gripper and the lower cover gripper; an outward-expanding flange is formed at the upper end of the can body, a spring pin tending to extend outwards is arranged at the position, corresponding to the lower end of the flange, of a cover opening of the lower cover component, and a flaring slope is arranged at the position, corresponding to the spring pin, of a cover opening of the upper cover component.
