The method comprises the following steps: setting initialization parameters; generating an initialized population and evaluating the initialized population; performing crossover and mutation operation on the evaluated population to generate a temporary population, and combining the evaluated population and the temporary population to generate a combined population; performing non-dominated sorting on the combined population according to the expected maximum completion time and the expected total energy consumption target, and updating the evaluated population; and finally judging whether the population after evaluation reaches the maximum evolutionary algebra, and if the population after evaluation reaches the maximum evolutionary algebra, returning to the final non-dominated solution set.
