Method for measuring content of perylene brilliant purplish 29 in paint, textiles and plastics

The invention relates to a method for measuring the content of perylene brilliant purplish 29 in paint, textiles and plastics, which comprises the following steps: 1) sample pretreatment: cutting a textile sample into pieces, or crushing a plastic sample until the size of the sample is not more than 0.5 * 0.5 * 0.5 mm, uniformly mixing the crushed textile sample or plastic sample, loading into a clean and dry self-sealing bag, and sealing and storing for later use; or uniformly mixing the paint sample for later use; (2) extracting a sample: weighing a proper amount of the sample, adding DMSO and NaOH solutions, shaking and extracting, derivatizing, and transferring into a sample bottle for detection; (3) measuring the concentration of the perylene brilliant purplish 29 derivative in the sample extraction solution by adopting HPLC-DAD; and 4) calculating the content of the perylene brilliant purplish red 29 in the sample according to the concentration of the perylene brilliant purplish red 29 derivative in the
