Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a salmonella enteritidis marker. The salmonella enteritidis marker is prepared from the following five metabolites: L-proline, L-valine, L-n-leucine, acetylcholine and L-methionine. The invention also provides a detection method and a detection kit for identifying salmonella enteritidis. According to the invention, five salmonella enteritidis markers are identified by combining non-targeted and targeted metabonomics methods, the AUC values of the five markers are all higher than 0.9, and the AUC value of the five markers is 0.956 through combined analysis, so that the salmonella enteritidis marker has higher sensitivity and specificity, and has higher accuracy and credibility compared with other detection methods.
