Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a device and a method for measuring hydrogen embrittlement of a hydrogen conveying pipeline based on internal hydrogen permeation and external hydrogen evolution. The device comprises a high-pressure hydrogen environment bin, a tensile testing machine, a sample assembly and cathode protection equipment, wherein the sample assembly is arranged in the high-pressure hydrogen environment bin, and two ends of the sample assembly are respectively connected with the tensile testing machine; the sample assembly comprises a pipeline sample for simulating a hydrogen conveying pipeline to be tested, a soil simulation solution arranged in the pipeline sample, a platinum electrode and a reference electrode, wherein one end of the platinum electrode is immersed in the soil simulation solution, and the other end of the platinum electrode is electrically connected with the cathode protection equipment; the tensile testing machine is used for measuring the maximum tensile force which can be borne by the
