Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of leakage fault identification, in particular to a method for quickly identifying a leakage fault of a fluid end of a reciprocating pump, which comprises the following steps of: in a preprocessing stage, performing band-pass filtering on acquired vibration data by using a proper band-pass digital filter; secondly, enveloping the filtered signal; judging whether the reciprocating pump leaks or not according to whether the characteristic frequency of the envelope spectrum is significant or not; for the envelope signal subjected to special processing, a circulation window with a fixed duty ratio is used for discriminating the position with the maximum sum of envelope values in the window so as to locate the leakage position of the reciprocating pump; and finally, key information in the algorithm is visualized.
