Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a depressurization-strengthening synergistic heat treatment method for an aluminum bronze complex structure casting, which comprises the following steps: turning on a carburizing working surface of the casting to remove an adsorption layer, an oxide layer and a processing strain layer, cleaning in a vacuum hydrocarbon solvent cleaning machine, and performing anti-seepage treatment on a non-carburizing working surface of the casting; putting the casting into a vacuum heat treatment furnace, vacuumizing the vacuum heat treatment furnace, and then feeding the vacuum heat treatment furnace into preheating equipment for preheating treatment; the casting is taken out of the furnace and then rapidly put into an oil solvent cooling medium; and the casting subjected to air cooling to the room temperature is taken out and subjected to tempering treatment, and the casting subjected to pressure removal-strengthening synergistic heat treatment is obtained.
