The method comprises the following steps: converging the high-zinc melt into a molten pool; wherein the mass fraction of the zinc element in the high-zinc melt is greater than 20%; the lead-zinc-copper oxide material is mixed with a first solid reducing agent and a flux, a mixed material is obtained, and the density of the mixed material is 2.5 g/cm < 3 >-6.0 g/cm < 3 >; and the mixed material is put into a molten pool, the mixed material is immersed in a high-zinc melt for a reduction reaction, and slag and valuable metal products are obtained.
