The invention provides a method for resource utilization of brown fused alumina fly ash. The method comprises the steps of caustic alkali leaching, molecular sieve crystallization, gallium and rubidium extraction and alkaline leaching residue fertilization. According to the method, gallium, rubidium and other components can be effectively extracted, silicon is converted into the A-type molecular sieve with high additional value, and the alkaline leaching residues can be directly used as a potassium-silicon compound fertilizer or used as a calcium-silicon compound fertilizer after being calcified. The raw materials are cheap, the process is simple, the used alkali medium can be recycled, and comprehensive recovery and utilization of the brown fused alumina fly ash can be realized.
