Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a primer group, a kit and a method for detecting drug-resistant genes of pathogenic microorganisms. The primer group comprises an F-end primer with a sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.2n-1 and an R-end primer with a sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.2n corresponding to the F-end primer, and n ranges from 1 to 17. The primer group provided by the invention can be used for simultaneously detecting as many as 20 different types of drug-resistant genes, and is high in detection stability and high in accuracy; by using the primer group and the detection method, the whole drug-resistant gene detection process can be completed within 6-8 hours, and the rapid detection of the pathogenic microorganism drug-resistant gene is realized. 本发明公开了用于病原微生物耐药基因检测的引物组、试剂盒及方法,所述引物组包括序列如SEQ ID NO.2n-1所示的F端引物,以及与F端引物对应的R端引物序列如SEQ ID NO.2n所示,其中n的数值为1~17。本发明提供的引物组可以实现同时多达20种不同类型耐药基因的检测,且检测稳定性高,准确性高;使用该引物组和检测方法,在6-8小时即可完成整个耐药基因检测过程,实现了病原微生物耐药基因的快速检测。
