Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the field of biochemistry, and particularly relates to a special compound enzyme for gluconic acid production and application thereof. The compound enzyme comprises the following components in content: 1500 to 6500 u/g of glucose oxidase, 2000 to 20000 u/g of catalase, 15 to 60 mg/g of manganese dioxide and 15 to 50 mg/g of ferroferric oxide. The compound enzyme can realize one-step direct synthesis of gluconic acid, the conversion rate is obviously higher than that of the existing enzymatic process, and the application prospect is wide. 本发明属于生物化学领域，具体涉及一种葡萄糖酸生产专用复合酶及其应用。所述复合酶中各组分及其含量分别为葡萄糖氧化酶1500-6500u/g，过氧化氢酶2000-20000u/g，二氧化锰15-60mg/g，四氧化三铁15-50mg/g。所述复合酶可实现葡萄糖酸一步法直接合成，且转化率显著高于现有酶法工艺，应用前景广阔。
