Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of bioengineering, provides a microbial strain for producing chitosanase, and particularly relates to bacillus tropicalis, and a method for producing chitosanase by using the bacillus tropicalis and producing chitosan oligosaccharide by using the chitosanase. According to the invention, a method for producing chitosanase and preparing chitosan oligosaccharide by fermentation is further researched by researching a chitosanase-producing strain CSN-15 obtained by screening a sea mud sample. Compared with the chitosanase which is commonly used at present, the chitosanase produced by the CSN-15 strain is higher in activity, the enzyme activity is 4.28 U/ml, and the CSN-15 strain can be applied to degradation of the chitosanase, and is shorter in catalysis time, wider in application range and suitable for industrial production of chitosan oligosaccharide.
