The coating steady-state slurry formula comprises the following components: polyamide-imide, nano-aluminum powder, N-methyl pyrrolidone, sodium pyrophosphate and a silane coupling agent. The spraying process disclosed by the invention comprises the steps of green body pretreatment, bearing bush spraying, slurry curing, inspection and sub-packaging.
