The polypeptide disclosed by the invention can be self-assembled on the polar liposome, so that the stability of the polar liposome is kept; the emulsion liposome modified by the polypeptide can be adhered to the surface of HT-29 cells, and can be used for improving the intestinal adhesion of the emulsion liposome and promoting the high efficiency of drug absorption.
