The blast lamps are respectively a core layer blast lamp, a middle layer blast lamp and a cladding blast lamp, different blast lamps are provided with independent feeding systems, the cladding blast lamp is provided with a device for rotating and adjusting angles, a CCD detector is arranged outside a cavity and used for collecting images of a deposition area of the blast lamps, an image processing device is arranged outside the cavity and used for recognizing and calculating outer diameter distribution of the deposition area, and the method is characterized by the image processing device and the lifting speed.
