The invention discloses an organic light emitting diode display device and an operation method thereof. The organic light emitting diode display device comprises an organic light emitting diode panel, a non-volatile memory and a volatile memory. The non-volatile memory is coupled to the organic light emitting diode panel and is used for storing accumulated current data from the organic light emitting diode panel. The volatile memory is coupled between the non-volatile memory and the organic light emitting diode panel and is used for storing a compensation value generated according to the accumulated current data stored in the non-volatile memory.
