Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for analyzing the proportion of components in ultra-low molecular weight hyaluronic acid through anion exchange chromatography. According to the anion exchange chromatography, a ZORBAX SAX chromatographic column or a Spherisorb SAX chromatographic column is adopted; gradient elution is carried out by adopting a mobile phase consisting of water and a sulfate aqueous solution. The analysis method disclosed by the invention can avoid interference of a matrix on detection, and meanwhile, the stationary phase is lower in price, so that the cost can be greatly saved; the used mobile phase is common in composition, simple to prepare, trouble-saving and labor-saving; the mobile phase operation time is short, and the operation is time-saving and convenient, so that the analysis method is suitable for popularization and application.
