The output assembly comprises an input shaft, a cross shaft, a first cylindrical gear and a second cylindrical gear, the cross shaft is in key connection with the input shaft, the first cylindrical gear and the second cylindrical gear are located on the two sides of the cross shaft respectively, the transmission assembly comprises a planetary gear and a combination sleeve, and the planetary gear is assembled on a shaft rod of the cross shaft; and the combination sleeve is in key connection with the input shaft and is in matched transmission with the second cylindrical gear.
