Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a nucleic acid aptamer combination for detecting early ovarian cancer and application of the nucleic acid aptamer combination, and relates to the technical field of biological detection. The nucleic acid aptamer combination comprises seven nucleic acid aptamers of which the nucleotide sequences are as shown in SEQ ID NO.1-7. According to the invention, corresponding aptamer probes are designed for the ovarian cancer exosome membrane protein markers, and the probes can realize joint detection and analysis of a plurality of membrane protein markers on the surface of the exosome secreted by an ovarian cancer patient and reveal the correlation between the expression levels of different markers and the early ovarian cancer; therefore, a novel early ovarian cancer diagnosis method based on exosome membrane protein marker combined detection analysis is developed, and the early ovarian cancer diagnosis accuracy is improved.
