According to the composite catalyst, a nanoflower-shaped mesoporous covalent organic framework is used as a carrier, metal particles are synthesized in the carrier through an in-situ reduction method, enzyme is immobilized on the surface of the carrier through physical adsorption, and the enzyme and the metal nanoparticles are co-immobilized on the mesoporous covalent organic framework regionally. The enzyme-metal-mesoporous covalent organic framework composite catalyst has a strong adsorption effect on fungaltoxin, has high enzyme and metal catalytic activity, and is applied to efficient removal of fungaltoxin through the strong adsorption effect and the enzyme and metal synergistic catalysis effect.
