The canthaxanthin crystal D90 prepared by the process is less than 3 microns, the cis-form content is stably controlled at 1-10%, and the problems of crystal agglomeration, non-uniform emulsion particle size distribution and low preparation product embedding rate are effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种角黄素晶体的制备方法,将结构稳定剂、无机盐加入到有机溶剂中混合均匀,然后加入角黄素粗品,进行异构化反应,反应结束后析出角黄素晶体。采用该工艺制备所得角黄素晶体D90小于3μm,顺式体含量稳定控制在1-10%,有效解决晶体团聚,乳液粒径分布不均以及制剂产品包埋率低的问题。 |
