Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of mining dump trucks, in particular to a heating connecting device and a mining dump truck. The heating connecting device comprises an exhaust guide pipe, a guide rod, an elastic piece and a sliding sleeve, the exhaust guide pipe is used for being connected with a frame of the mining dump truck, and one end of the exhaust guide pipe is used for being communicated with an engine tail gas exhaust port of the mining dump truck. The other end of the exhaust guide pipe is used for extending into a tail gas inlet in a container bottom plate of the mining dump truck. The guide rod is installed outside the exhaust guide pipe, the exhaust guide pipe is sleeved with the sliding sleeve, and one end of the sliding sleeve is connected with the guide rod in a sliding mode. The guide rod is sleeved with the elastic piece, the elastic piece is configured to enable the other end of the sliding sleeve to abut against and make contact with a container bottom plate of the mining dump
