Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of a fly ash-based Fe/ZSM-5 mesoporous molecular sieve catalyst, relates to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of fly ash, and aims to provide a technology for preparing a Fe-based catalyst by effectively utilizing industrial fly ash and provide a new scheme for comprehensive utilization of fly ash and recovery of metal ions in fly ash. The method mainly comprises the following steps: (1) alkalifying and activating the fly ash; (2) moderately pickling the activated fly ash, and removing impurities while retaining Fe; and (3) mixing the filter residue with a proper amount of inorganic alkali and a template agent, carrying out hydrothermal crystallization in a sealed reaction kettle in a powder state, and calcining to obtain the Fe/ZSM-5 mesoporous molecular sieve catalyst.
