The clamp device is provided with: a tool spindle (121) having a protrusion (811); an additional machining head (131) provided with a recess (841) into which the projection (811) is inserted in the first direction, the additional machining head (131) being detachably connected to the tool spindle (121); and a clamping mechanism part which enables the concave part (841) and the convex part (811) inserted into the concave part (841) to be clamped with each other. The additional machining head (131) has a pin member (861).
