The BUCK circuit is connected to the transmitting end, the transmitting end and the receiving end are arranged in an inductive approaching manner, the transmitting end comprises a transmitter chip, a capacitor and a transmitting coupling inductance coil, the receiving end comprises a receiver chip, a receiving coupling inductance coil, a capacitor and an energy storage capacitor, and the BUCK circuit comprises a rectifier bridge, a capacitor, a capacitor, a diode, a diode, an inductor and a thyristor; the rectifier bridge receives alternating current from the skin surface, the alternating current is converted into direct current through the BUCK circuit to be stored in the internal capacitor, and when the direct current is accumulated to a preset threshold value, energy is transmitted to a receiving end to charge an implantable electronic device.
