Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of Al-Mg-Si alloy polar plates, in particular to a method for preparing an rGO/SiO2 coating on the surface of an Al-Mg-Si alloy polar plate. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, generating a layer of hydrophilic surface film on the surface of the Al-Mg-Si alloy, and then ultrasonically dispersing GO/SiO2 mixed turbid liquid. Preparing an intermediate product in a GO/SiO2 suspension through a dip-coating method, and finally reducing GO through a heat treatment process to prepare a uniform coating. According to the invention, the hydrophilic surface film is generated on the surface of the Al-Mg-Si alloy polar plate, so that the adhesion between A1-Mg-Si and GO/SiO2 can be enhanced; the GO/SiO2 mixed turbid liquid is ultrasonically dispersed, so that a uniform and firm interface can be formed in a dip-coating method without generating pores or defects; and finally, a heat treatment process is carried out in hydrogen and nitrogen environments to eliminate oxygen an |
