And under the condition that the cutting result is a third polygon, determining that the monitoring object invades the warning area. According to the invention, the problems of large calculation amount, low efficiency and incapability of timely determining whether the monitored object invades into the warning area in an algorithm for judging whether the monitored object invades into the warning area in
