The method comprises the following steps: marking the surfaces of high-strength bolts and nuts; photographing the to-be-tested high-strength bolt group after the initial screwing; photographing the to-be-tested high-strength bolt group after the final screwing; identifying the images obtained by shooting twice, and identifying and calculating the pixel coordinates of the center of the end face of the screw of the high-strength bolt and the center of the circular mark; and obtaining the corner of each high-strength bolt from initial screwing to final screwing by utilizing the pixel coordinates, and judging whether the final screwing of the high-strength bolts is qualified or not.
