Zusammenfassung:According to the low-density lipoprotein detection sensor constructed based on the MoS2-Au-Fc nano composite material, an LDL aptamer is used as a recognition probe, the LDL aptamer can specifically recognize and combine LDL protein based on the good electron transfer effect and excellent load capacity of the MoS2-Au-Fc nano composite material, and the LDL aptamer can be used for detecting the LDL protein. A novel aptamer sensor capable of carrying out specific recognition and quantitative analysis on LDL protein is constructed and is used for detecting the content of LDL in serum. The method is simple to operate, time-saving and low in cost, and the lowest detection limit is 0.001 mu g/mL. 一种基于MoS2-Au-Fc纳米复合材料构建低密度脂蛋白检测的传感器,以LDL适配体为识别探针,基于二硫化钼-金-二茂铁甲酸MoS2-Au-Fc的纳米复合材料良好的电子传递效应和优异的负载能力,LDL适配体能够特异性识别和结合LDL蛋白,构建一种能对LDL蛋白进行特异性识别以及定量分析的新型适配体传感器,用以检测血清中LDL的含量。该方法操作简单、省时、费用低,最低检测限为0.001μg/mL。
