The device comprises a three-neck reaction tank, a bracket and a base, wherein the three-neck reaction tank is fixedly connected with the base through the bracket; the three-neck reaction tank comprises a sample inlet, a reaction tank body, a liquid outlet and a film changing opening, the sample inlet, the liquid outlet and the film changing opening are respectively connected with the reaction tank body to form the three-neck reaction tank, the reaction tank body is spherical, the included angle between the center line of the sample inlet and the center line of the liquid outlet and the included angle between the center line of the film changing opening are 90 degrees, and the liquid outlet and the film changing opening are oppositely arranged.
