Zusammenfassung: | A method for filtering smoke dust in a thermal power plant smoke online monitoring device comprises the steps that the movable base is arranged at the lower end of the monitoring device, vibration generated in the moving process of the monitoring device is buffered through the damping damper, dust in smoke is filtered layer by layer through three sets of dust filtering plates in the dust removal box, and the smoke subjected to dust removal is fed into a monitoring cavity of the monitoring device; the monitoring device has a filtering and dedusting function. The problems that a detection head of an existing monitoring device is prone to being affected by dust in smoke, smoke generated by a thermal power plant cannot be directly monitored, monitoring is tedious, and the filtering and dust removing functions are not achieved are solved.
火电厂烟气在线监测装置内烟尘过滤方法,将移动底座置于监测装置下端处,使减震阻尼器缓冲监测装移动过程中产生的震动,通过除尘箱内的三组滤尘板进行层层过滤烟气中的灰尘,使除尘后的烟气送入监测装置的监测腔内,使监测装置具有过滤除尘功能。本发明解决了现有的监测装置的探测头容易受到烟气中粉尘的影响,导致火电厂产生的烟气无法直接进行监测,造成监测较为繁琐,不具有过滤除 |
