The combination mode is as follows: the furnace bottom comprises a steel plate layer, a conductive copper plate and a conductive refractory material layer from bottom to top; a graphite carbon filler is laid on a conductive copper plate from bottom to top, a first layer of conductive magnesia carbon bricks and a second layer of conductive magnesia carbon bricks are built, the space between every two layers is filled with the graphite carbon filler, conductive magnesia bricks are built on a third layer, and a conductive carbon ramming material is laid on the third layer; 97 low-iron magnesite bricks are built on the inner side of the furnace wall, and a furnace wall molten iron pool, a titanium slag pool and 96 magnesite bricks for the furnace edge and the permanent lin
