By means of the structure that the limiting barrel is matched with the limiting guide column, the metal wire mesh block can restrain vibration excited by the vertical excitation load when the rail traffic tool actually runs, and buffering of transverse vibration when the rail traffic tool steers, starts and suddenly stops is achieved. And the vibration reduction requirements of the rail traffic tool on different degrees of freedom are met by utilizing different rigidities of the metal wire mesh blocks on various degrees of freedom, and the vibration control requirements of the train under different bearing capacity conditions are met by utilizing the variable rigidity characteristic of the metal wire mesh blocks.
