The invention discloses an automatic long fiber filling device for oil and gas fracturing and a filling method thereof. The automatic long fiber filling device comprises a skid-mounted box body, and a long fiber mounting frame, a fiber surface treatment machine, a fiber cutting machine, a stirring tank, a clean water pump and a conveying pump which are mounted in the skid-mounted box body, an outlet of the clean water pump is communicated with the upper end of the stirring tank; an inlet of the conveying pump is communicated with the bottom of the stirring tank; an outlet of the fiber cut-off machine is located above a fiber feeding port in the top of the stirring tank, and fibers cut off by the fiber cut-off machine directly enter the stirring tank from the fiber feeding port; and the long fiber mounting rack and the fiber surface treatment machine are sequentially positioned on one side of the fiber cutting machine. The device can realize on-site cutting of long fibers, adjustable fiber length, uniform comb
