The active drainage area comprises elastic devices arranged on the two sides of the zebra crossing, and a plurality of concrete bases, longitudinal beams and asphalt surface layers which are arranged below the zebra crossing; a plurality of concrete bases are sequentially and tightly arranged, a notch is formed in each concrete base, a longitudinal beam is installed at each notch, every two adjacent concrete bases are connected through the corresponding longitudinal beam, and an elastic device is arranged on each longitudinal beam.
