The invention discloses a preparation method of cultural paper, which comprises the following steps: adding a fiber swelling agent into fully-bleached sulfate broadleaf wood chemical pulp, and pulping until the beating degree is 24-28 degrees SR to obtain pulp; making the pulp into wet paper sheets, pre-drying the wet paper sheets, coating and sizing the wet paper sheets by using a composite sizing agent, post-drying the wet paper sheets, and calendering the wet paper sheets to obtain the cultural paper. Wherein the composite sizing agent is prepared from enzymatic conversion starch, nano cellulose and nano zinc oxide. The invention further provides the cultural paper.
