Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses high-temperature-oxidation-resistant ferritic stainless steel and a manufacturing method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of metallurgy. Any smelting process of vacuum induction melting and vacuum induction melting and electroslag remelting is adopted, and the alloy comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: less than or equal to 0.01% of C, 0.1-0.3% of Si, 0.1-0.5% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.007% of S, 16-22% of Cr, 3-6% of Al, 0.1-0.5% of Nb, 0.01-0.1% of Zr, less than or equal to 50ppm of N, less than or equal to 20ppm of [OT], 0.05-0.15% of Re, less than or equal to 5% of Mo, less than or equal to 7% of Ta, less than or equal to 8% of W and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities.
