Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for separating nickel concentrate from laterite nickel ore. The method comprises the following steps: S1, drying laterite-nickel ore to obtain dried laterite-nickel ore; s2, the dried laterite-nickel ore, gypsum and a reducing agent are mixed and then added into a rotary kiln to be roasted, and vulcanized roasted sand is obtained; and S3, the sulfurized calcine is subjected to flotation, and nickel sulfide, iron sulfide and primary tailings are obtained. Through pre-reduction in the rotary kiln, on one hand, valuable metal of the laterite-nickel ore can be subjected to a coupling reaction of reduction and vulcanization, the metal softening temperature is reduced, particle aggregation and growth are facilitated, nickel matte particles are obtained, and magnetic separation metal particles are obtained; and on the other hand, CaO and sulfur generated by gypsum decomposition are fully utilized, CaO promotes laterite-nickel ore phase transformation, and separation of magnetic iron,
