Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an industrial production method of a sodium hyaluronate oligosaccharide composition, which comprises the following steps: carrying out enzymolysis reaction on a macromolecular or medium molecular sodium hyaluronate raw material in the presence of leech type hyaluronidase to obtain a mixture containing the sodium hyaluronate oligosaccharide composition; the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a sodium hyaluronate oligosaccharide composition with the dynamic viscosity of 20-30cP and the average molecular weight of 850-1050Da, filtering by adopting a nanofiltration membrane with the molecular weight cut-off of 25KD-35KD, only needing a one-step low-temperature nanofiltration process, not needing filtering sterilization and activated carbon adsorption again, and directly spray-drying the filtrate, thereby obtaining a fine product of the sodium hyaluronate oligosaccharide composition with the dynamic viscosity of 20-30cP and the average molecular weight of 850-1050Da.
