Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a protective film for laser cutting of an optical lens and a preparation method. The protective film comprises a release layer, a functional PE base material layer, a bottom coating and a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive layer from top to bottom, the functional PE base material layer is prepared from low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, filler and functional color master batch; the functional color master batch comprises one or a combination of more of PMMA powder, aluminum oxide and superfine carbon black, and the filler is a nanoscale inorganic filler and comprises one or a combination of more of barium sulfate, calcium sulfate and calcium carbonate. The protective film disclosed by the invention has relatively high transmittance, and a cutting mark can be clearly seen; and meanwhile, energy generated by the laser can be effectively absorbed, so that the protective film is quickly melted in the film cutting process, slag is taken away by strong wind press |
