According to the technical scheme, the method comprises the following steps of (1) cold pressing, wherein high-purity dry powder formed by combining one or more of magnesium fluoride, calcium fluoride, aluminum fluoride, lithium fluoride and aluminum powder is subjected to cold pressing forming in a steel mold; (2) hot pressing: compactly bonding together under a high-pressure condition to form high-compactness columnar ceramic; 3) hot isostatic pressing: the sintering temperature in a hot isostatic pressing furnace is 10-100 DEG C lower than the melting point of the powder, the pressure is 60-200 MPa, heat preservation is performed for a period of time, and the high-density ceramic is taken out after cooling; (4) machining: grinding off an outer metal protective shell through a grinding machine to obtain the BSA ceramic during high-density ceramic processing, and (5) splicing: splicing a plurality of ceramic blocks, and wrapping th |
