Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to resource utilization of solid wastes in building materials, in particular to an ecological high-ductility cement-based rapid repairing material prepared from calcined coal gangue powder and a method. Comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass: 496 to 938 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 186 to 372 parts of calcined coal gangue powder, 134 to 372 parts of fly ash, 372 to 471 parts of river sand, 2.5 to 5.0 parts of a water reducing agent, 12.4 to 37.2 parts of an early strength agent, 335 to 397 parts of water and 18.2 to 26 parts of fibers. The prepared ecological high-ductility cement-based rapid repairing material integrates high ductility, rapid hardening and early strength, the defects of poor tensile deformation resistance and the like of road and bridge deck pavement layer concrete are remarkably overcome, the material can be efficiently used for rapid repairing of road and bridge deck pavement layers, the cracking risk of the concrete pavement layers is reduced, th |
