The clamping driving mechanism and the rotating driving mechanism are installed on the base and used for driving the clamping execution gear and the rotating execution gear to rotate correspondingly. The clamping execution gear is provided with a pair of guide inclined holes, the rotating execution gear is provided with a pair of guide straight holes, the pair of sliding shafts penetrate through the pair of guide inclined holes and the pair of guide straight holes respectively, and the front ends of the pair of sliding shafts are connected with the pair of clamping assemblies respectively.
