Method and device for efficiently disassembling bagasse

The invention discloses a method and a device for efficiently disassembling bagasse. The device comprises a disassembling reaction tank, an ethylene glycol heating tank, a heat exchanger, an acid precipitation tank and a filter press. The method comprises the following steps: 1) crushing bagasse; 2) mixing deionized water, sodium hydroxide and ethylene glycol according to a mass ratio of (0-21): (1-12): (78-88) to obtain an ethylene glycol-alkali solvent; (3) mixing an ethylene glycol-alkali solvent and bagasse according to a certain proportion, putting the mixture into a reaction tank, heating to 120-180 DEG C, keeping the temperature constant, and then introducing ethylene glycol which is heated to the temperature same as that in the reaction tank into the tank from the bottom of the tank to replace the extracting solution; (4) feeding the extracting solution into an acid precipitation tank for acid precipitation, and then carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain lignin from a solid part and carbohydr
