Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing a composite catalyst for vinyl chloride synthesis by utilizing ruthenium trichloride waste, which comprises the following steps: by taking waste ruthenium trichloride generated in the production of trimethylpyruvic acid as a main raw material, carrying out wet grinding and solid-liquid separation to obtain a ruthenium trichloride-containing dissolution liquid, adding dilithium tetrachlorocuprate into the dissolution liquid, and carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a composite catalyst; adjusting the mass ratio of ruthenium trichloride to dilithium cuprate tetrachlorohydrate in the solution to (0.1-0.5): (5-8), adding activated carbon into the adjusted solution, soaking, and drying to obtain the catalyst for vinyl chloride synthesis; the invention discloses a calcium carbide method vinyl chloride synthesis foreground converter.
