Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a microfluidics preparation method of an aluminum salt vaccine adjuvant. The microfluidics preparation method comprises the following steps: fully mixing and reacting a prepared solution in a microreactor; enabling the prepared solution to continuously and circularly flow through a micro-mixer by utilizing a driving pump, and limiting the agglomeration of the aluminum salt by utilizing a shearing effect; the size of the shearing force is controlled through the flow velocity, so that the particle size is regulated; a heating device and a temperature control device are arranged on the container and the micro-mixer at the same time, and the product is heated in the cyclic shearing process. The aluminum salt adjuvant prepared by the method is more controllable in particle size, good in uniformity and small in batch-to-batch difference.
